My work entails strong themes of spiritualism, dreams and nature.
Throughout this semester I wanted to change my style from sketchy pen works on paper to making realist paintings. This change really helped bring out the meanings and aesthetics I was aiming for with my works, which depict a range of different meanings from dreams, the occult, spiritual symbolism and fantasy/folklore.

Symbolism is a big part of my works. Each have depictions of little symbols or making that hold meaning to them. For example, I use the alchemy symbol for the earth, sun and moon quite regularly.

Another main theme depicted in my works is to do with the synchronicities and interconnections of the universe. This again heavily uses symbolism, such as the ouroboros snake. I have very strong beliefs that everything in the universe is interconnected, so I want to show it in my works.
