Leah Clarke
I specialise in printmaking, illustration and print design. My practice is located at the intersection of print-based art and design through the merging of traditional and contemporary print techniques within art and design.
I work predominately with lithography, relief printing and digital print techniques, and my process often involves taking proprietary works from the computer and transferring them to a lithographic stone to create new works.
Through a dialogue between analogue and digital imagery the themes that inform my work include political and social justice, identity and the personal experiences that influence my understanding of my life.
