The work presented is one of the pieces from Cloud series I. It is a response to the mixed sensation in the sensory experience of encountering an object. The idea of encountering an object refers to a journey of imagining things where in the process of seeing, touching, holding or other interactions with an object our mind connects and interweaves with past experiences. The piece translates this interchangeable quality of the engagement of objects with the idea of tactility. The textured surface is created to trigger a desire to touch, to feel and to hold my object.
