Ceramics are a reflection and re-contextualization of this performance for me. This depends on a constant comparison between objects and myself. In this relationship, I create endless linking chains of actions that compose daily conversations. These conversations are fragments of time and life, they are no longer separate moments.

I am aware of the repetitive actions of my daily movements: I click on screens, shave my legs and put on a bra. These actions are something I have to do every day, as part of my identity and part of the pressure society places on me. The clay objects record the tension, satisfaction and familiarity of my body. These habits are not only intimate companions but also intimate shackles on my body. We mistakenly think that we enjoy and control our surroundings, but in fact, we are being controlled.
