Ken Wentworth
My project uses human engagement, performance, video, image and text-based artworks to explore social dynamics and moments of social unease. I directly involve participants in my works to engender considerations of inclusion and exclusion, vulnerability and the way that these experiences affect self-esteem, identity, belonging and self-worth. I create performance and digital artworks that combine text with abstraction to convey private thoughts. Through these methods I aim to share and explore unstated vulnerabilities.
